Professor: Dr. Stephen Lukacs: (June 2018) The intent of this course is to introduce the concepts of science. Science is the study of our natural universe . It is the basis of all life, the sky, the sun, the oceans, all of industry, the commercial products you use, and the technology that makes our life easier and our work more efficient. Literally, everything you touch and see can be studied or applied to science. To understand the processes and concepts of science is to bring you closer to nature and our physical world.
