Tektronix, Inc.

Tektronix earns 1 billion per annum and is currently working with IQ to develop the Phase IV Impedance Spectrometer. They have provided a TDS5104 Digital Oscilloscope. It is a 1-GHz 4-channel DPO with a built-in touchscreen and full C++ programmability and an AFG3252 Arbitrary Function Generator . We intend to embed this generator and oscilloscope into a new broad frequency range dielectric spectrometer.
