Our Organization

	Researchers Our scientists and engineers develop and build our scientific instrumentation specifically to study macro and biomolecules. Our scientists are explicitly cross-discipline, spanning physics, atomic and organic chemistry, biochemistry, and micro and cell biology.
	Directors Our directors administer and monitor the goals and practices of IQ. It is their mission to set the scientific endeavors and goals, as well as adhere to the corporate bylaws.
	Associates Associates scientifically support and financially contribute to the pure scientific research endeavor of IQ. Since IQ is a nonprofit or charitable entity, our Associates are our only means for continuing our development, discovery, and our initiative.
	Corporate Our nonprofit corporation, under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRC, is designed around a set of Scientific Values and Ethics which ensures that pure scientific research, the creative field, and the innovative spirit is maintained and free to perform without personal gain, profit, or a self-based initiative.
