Using gel chromatography you'll calibrate your column of gel and the instrument with dextran and myoglobin and then use that to determine the molar mass of hemoglobin.
(August 2016) Remember to hit "Mark" immediately after injecting the sample onto the column and don't allow the buffer to go below the top of the gel.
At the end, be sure to save your data to your memory stick, else it'll be gone forever.
